CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or last minute cancellations with less than a 36 hour advanced notice- this allows me time to rebook the slot that will now be time your artist (me) is left unpaid. I do understand that this may be a greater percentage than some other salons that you have checked out- my stance is this: as a small business owner and mother I understand that life happens & grown up communication is always necessary & appreciated in order for us to manage the situation. I greatly value & respect you and your time and I ask that you do the same with mine. If you are bothered by my policy that may mean you frequently take advantage of small businesses and therefore may not be a great fit at our salon- otherwise, this it will not bother you to be an integral person follow the policies- communicate your needs & I can’t wait to have you here. Further, first time clients are kindly asked to put down a deposit in good faith. You may cancel or change your appointment one time due to the large time slot that you have reserved. Any further changes will result in the forfeit of your original deposit and the need to reschedule via direct communication with the service provider. Your deposit and the customary 100% cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file. Please be courteous of the providers time and use adult communication so that you can be a part of this awesome environment and grow with us. Thank you.
